Murphy 2yr old German Shepherd Homed
Murphy is still in his home. Here is what his mum has to say about him. He is in the Guildford area of Surrey.
Hello John
Would you be able to help with rehoming my dog Murphy. Unfortunately I have developed arthritis in my knees and it is becomming more difficult to give him the exercise that he needs and it is unfair to him as he is a young dog with boundless energy.
He is 2yrs old and neutered. He weighs about 45kg. He comes from working stock his father is a police dog and mother a working security dog for one of the london councils.
Murphy has had some training, he is very good off lead and on the whole friendly with other dogs. On the lead his does pull and needs a strong hand, he will eventually settle down but as I do not have the strength and it is hard work.
Murphy is used to children, I have five ranging from 5yrs to 22 yrs.
Murphy is a family pet and used to sleeping indoors, he is very loving and a bit spoilt. He loves chasing frisbees and balls and might let you have them back, I usually take two out so that he drops one when you throw the other one.
Murphy does not like hoovers or brooms will bark at them then usually hide under the table. He is good in the car but likes a window wound down.
If you are able to help could you either call:
