Bruno about 15 months

Hi John,

Bruno needs a home! Can anyone help?

BRUNO is about 15 months old, half German Shepherd, half Akita. He was brought to the rescue centre by his owner who works in Dublin, and who had left Bruno with friends only to come back and find him tied to a tree in the nearby forestry plantation totally abandoned by the so called friends.

Bruno has been in the centre for about six months and no one has offered him a home. He is becoming depressed and is not a happy boy. He gets on very well with other dogs and enjoys going out for walks with a companion to play with. He is rather shy with people he has not met before until he gets to know them. He is also a bit choosy who he likes to be walked by, women are alright (!) but Bruno's favourite carer is a young man about twenty five, a volunteer at the centre and he really loves his walks with him. Bruno seems to like young males best, maybe because his owner was a young man.

Bruno will become a very faithful friend to his new owner. He does so want someone of his own and will return love given to him a hundredfold.

Bruno has had all his vaccinations including kennel cough, been treated for worms and fleas, etc and has been neutered.

I am sure there is someone who feels their life is not complete without a dog, just as Bruno feels his life is not complete without a human. If you got together, it could well be the perfect start to the New Year. And Bruno says he would love to belong to someone of any age, man or woman All he wants is LOVE and to feel he belongs.
