Val - in Chertsey
Val is a gorgeous easy going 5-6 year old GSD female. She came into the pound as a stray and although microchipped no owners ever came forward for her. She is good on lead and good with other dogs and shares a kennel happily with another dog. She is a nice easy girl who is good in the car and will make a fabulous pet for someone.
Here she is when she was in pound:
Hopefully (unless a good home is found in Ireland) Val will be coming over to John in Chertsey Surrey in the next 2/3 weeks. This is all we know about her at this moment but we will update as we know more.
If you think she is the girl for you please contact John by phone only please on 01932 571268

Awww Coral what a beautiful face Val has, I will keep everything crossed that she finds a loving forever home quickly.
How her owners not come forward and claim her is totally beyond me.

Re: Val - in Chertsey
Val will be going back to Ireland this Thursday morning. Her owner has come forward to claim her, another boy called Lenny will be taking her place and will come to John on the same transporter that will take Val back. How many dogs can say they had an all exspenses paid weeks holiday in the Surrey countryside?
Re: Val - in Chertsey
It has now been decided that she will stay with me until we find her new home here.
So the girl is eagerly looking again.

Brilliant news hope Val has a beautiful happy new life now with her new family.
Re: Val - in Chertsey
Unfortunately Val has come back into rescue with John. Here's some photos of her on todays BIGGSD walk.
Re: Val - in Chertsey
More sad news, what's wrong with people they're not giving these dogs a chance to settle in with them.
Re: Val - in Chertsey
For some reason Val is STILL waiting for that special person to love her. I really don't understand why as she is such a lovely dog. I met her at the fun day on Sunday & she sat nicely alongside 2 dogs including a small terrier watching the fun.
She has met other dogs at shows & been great with them too.
Val with Lenny who has now gone to his new home.
