Captain is a really lovely boy, a nice temperament but he was apprehensive in the pound. His little cries were heartbreaking. He is quite skinny too so a nice feeding up and TLC will do wonders for him. We are not sure as yet of his age.

Captain is a real star. He was very underweight and neglected when he came into our care but is starting to put on weight now. He is about 3 years old. He is great with other dogs and quite good on lead - he pulls initially at beginning of walks but settles soon. He is great in the car also. He hasn't had much love or attention in his life but ADORES people and always wants to be with you. He is grand around food with humans and dogs. He is generally obedient although has no specific commands. He is a smart boy though and will learn quickly. Poor boy doesn't know anything about playing with toys or a ball as I don't think he has ever had any but in a loving home I am sure he will learn. Despite the obvious neglect he has suffered he has a very sunny disposition, always delighted to see you and always wanting to please. He will thrive in the right home.

He's coming over to John next week

After a good nights kip some food and checking out the garden and neighbours its time to make friends, here he is with Archie who has been friendless for a week or so. Archie is also looking for his new home in the German shepherd rescue Surrey section.
